Royalty: Until December 31, 2025, each month you must pay us $2,500 for a Tier 1 Territory, $1,875 for a Tier 2 Territory or $1,250 for a Tier 3 Territory. From January 1, 2026, you must pay us the greater of the above amount or 3.5% of your Gross Revenue for the immediately preceding month.
